-Classes will only begin after contract amount is paid in full.
-Student must SIGN for each class at the time of studying.
-All classes must be completed on or before the contract expires.
-Any classes not completed on or before the expiration period shall be deemed forfeited by the student.
-The expiration period will not be extended except by the Academic Director in writing.
-MLS reserves the right to provide trained and qualified teachers in the event the original scheduled teacher is unavailable to conduct a class.
-Payment is non-refundable, non-transferable.
-If the course does not commence within six weeks the fee shall be refunded. The original receipt is required for refund.
-Every student must begin at stage one or as determined otherwise by the Head of Department (Academic Director) after evaluating the student.
-Academic Director will determine if a student is ready for advancement to the next stage and how to prepare a student who is not yet ready to advance.

Public Courses:

-Class schedule will not be changed after the class has begun.
-Public courses are by the stage only. If a student is absent for a class period the student forfeits that period.
-Public course students can attend classes only on the dates and times scheduled and cannot makeup classes.
-If a student is absent on the day a stage final exam is scheduled the student must pay for scheduling an extra exam.

Private Courses:

-Students must cancel scheduled private classes 1 day before the scheduled class.
-Classes not canceled will be charged to the student’s account without exception as the teachers must be paid.
